I'm constantly amazed at some of the horrendous photos I see in the MLS Listings I look at. Taking a crappy photo, hey, anyone can do that , no biggie. But what amazes me is what other agents will actually include in a listing. These are the same ones searching for a reason why their clients house didn't sell after 6 months on the market.
For instance, for the life of me I'm unable to discern what attractive feature we are supposed to notice in this photo.
Just FYI, when I list your home, I take 30-40 photos so I am sure I've got at least 10 that will make a compelling reason for a Buyer to schedule a visit.
